A. Seboris, one of the attesting and subscribing witnesses to this whole testimony on his behalf was produced in writing and filed herein, and this cause is continued. In the matter of the Estate of Ferdinand Weber, deceased Probate of Will This day the last Will and Testament of Ferdinand Weber, deceased, was again produced in writing in open court and duly proven by the oath of J. G. F. Holston the other of the attesting and subscribing witnesses thereto: on consideration the court find from said testimony, as well as the testimony of the other witness, F. A. Seboris, heretofore taken that said will was duly executed and attested, and that said Ferdinand Weber, deceased, was at the time of the Execution of said Will of full age of sound mind and memory and free from any restraint. It is now hereby ordered that said Will be hereby admitted to Probate and that with the testimonies and this entry be duly recorded. Will In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I, Ferdinand Weber of Zanesville, Ohio make and publish this my last Will and Testament. Item 1. I desire and direct all my past debts to be paid. Item 2. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret absolutely all my personal property of every kind and description and I also devise to my said wife for and during her natual life my real estate being Lot 13 in Square Sixteen in the Western Additions to the City of Zanesville, and being the same on which my cooper shop is situated. Item 3. At the death of my said wife I give and devise to my daughter Elizabeth Alice and her heirs the said above described real estate. But in the event of the death of my said daughter before my said wife then I give and devise the said real estate to my said wife and her heirs and assigns forever. Item 4. I devise and direct that my wife shall carry on my business in the same manner as I could have done if I were living, and that she out of the proceeds thereof pay all my debts and funeral expenses and when these are paid the balance of such proceeds in case she shall carry on said business to be her own. I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my wife Margaret sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament and devise and direct that she may execute the same without giving any bond or making or filing any inventory of my estate. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 8th day of September, 1879.
