Will of William H. Wilson
In view of the uncertainty of life and of the importance of making such 
provision in regard to my property as may ........of my heirs  William 
Harrison Wilson of Falls Township Muskingum County Ohio ...and publish? this 
my last will and testament.  
......the provision of my ....funeral expenses I give and bequeath to my wife 
Nancy .....seal? with during her life time.  I duly authorize my wife as 
executor Administrator to...disposal of any or all of my property at public or 
private sales and such terms of payment as they may diem most...advisability? 
the proceeds of such sale to invested after the payment...just...for the 
benefit from being as my executor administrator may..desirable.  I 
do ..appoint and ... my brother Thomas Wilson and my wife, my executors and 
executrix.  And at the death of my wife, I ...request that my property the 
proceeds of the sale be equally divided among my five children; William H., 
Minerva Jane, Ann, Isaac, and Charles.  In witness whereof I have hereunto sit 
my hand and Seal this sixteenth day of October 1856.




Additional Comments:
If anyone could or would fill in the blanks I would greatly appreciate it.  I 
had a lot of difficutly reading the xerox copy I have.
