ROTHROCK, as is shown by a card in a local paper, had a law office in Olive in 1853. He came from West Union and was a young man of ability. He remained a short time in the county waiting for the controversy over the county seat to be settled. Then tiring of this he removed to Iowa. He has since been one of the judges of the supreme court of that state. History of Noble County, Ohio Published by L.H. Watkins & Co. of Chicago 1887 The Legal Profession Transcribed by Deb Murray
