TETERS served as clerk of courts in Noble County. He was the only soldier that went from the county who attained to the rank of Colonel. He was in the One Hundred and Sixteenth Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He was admitted to the bar about 1868, but never practiced. He is now a resident of Bowlder, Colorado, and is marshal of that city.
