Marriage license and record, Noble County, Feb. 1881
License: The State of Ohio, Noble County. John W. Kirk having made application for a
license for himself 
and Nancy J. Morris and being duly sworn, that he is of the age of 21 years, and has
no wife living, and 
that she is of the age of 18 years, a resident of said County, and has no husband
living, and that said 
parties are not nearer kin than second cousins. Signed John W. Kirk. Sworn to and
subscribed before me, 
this 22 day of February A.D. 1881. Signed J. H. Brown, Probabe Judge.

Marriage Certificate: The State of Ohio, Noble County. I hearby certify that on the
24 day of February A.D. 
1881, I joined in Marriage Mr. John W. Kirk and Miss Nancy J. Morris. Signed Thomas
McGovern. Filed and 
recorded this 1st day of June 1881. Attest John H. Brown, Probate Judge.
