Danford, deceased Be it remembered, that heretofore, to wit: On June 24, 1912, application for probate of Will was filed herein which read and is in words and figures following to wit: Application for Probate of Will. Probate Court, Noble County, Ohio. In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of Elijah S. Danford, Deceased. To the Probate Court of said County: Your Petitioner respectfully represents that Elijah S. Danford late a resident of township of Olive in said County, died on or about the 20th day of June A.D. 1912 leaving an instrument in writing herewith produced, purporting to be his last will and testament: That the said Elijah S. Danford died leaving Mary Danford his widow who resides at Caldwell, Ohio, and the following named persons his only next of kin, to wit: Name Degree of Kinship P.O. Address Minnie S. Danford Daughter Caldwell, Ohio I the undersigned Mary Danford, widow of the within named decedent, hereby waive further notice, and consent to the probate of said Will. Dated this 24th day of June 1912 Mary Danford. And afterward, to wit: On June 24, 1912 Will was filed herein which reads and is in words and figures following to wit: Last Will and Testament. I Elijah S. Danford of Caldwell, Ohio, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. Item 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease. Item II: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Danford after the payment of my said just debts and funeral expenses, the undivided one-half of all my property, real, personal or mixed, of whatever kind or wherever situate, for and during her natural life only. Item III: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Minnie S. Danford, her heirs or assigns, absolutely and in fee simple. Item IV: I make, nominate and appoint my said daughter Minnie S. Danford to be executrix of this my last will and testament and in case it become necessary to sell any part of my real estate for the purpose of paying debts, costs of administration or for any other purpose, I hereby authorize my said executrix to sell and dispose of such part thereof as she may deem necessary, at such price and upon such terms as seems best to her, and to execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers all necessary or proper deeds therefore, without the intervention of any court. I further request that no inventory or appraisement of my personal property be made and further that no bond be required of my said executrix in the discharge of her duties. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand to this my last will and testament, this 31st day of July A.D. 1911. Elijah S. Danford Signed and acknowledged by the said Elijah S.
