In the name of the benevolent Father of all I Lucretia Danford of Noble County 
State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.
Item 1st
It is my will that my just debts and just charges be paid out of my estate.
Iemt 2nd
I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate both real and personal to 
Nancy Elisabeth Danford daughter of Benjamin Danford to be hers and her heirs 
forever:  I desire that no appraisement and no sale of my property neither 
real nor personal be made but that the said nancy Elisabeth Danford take 
possession of my property just as I leave it at my death and that the Court of 
Probate direct the omission of the same in pursuance of the statute.
  In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of 
October A.D. 1870
Lucretia Danford
Signed and acknowledged by said Lucretia Danford as her last will and 
testament in our presence and signed by us in her presence.
