Will of Mary Ann Danford
Be it remembered that heretofore to wit:  On September 15, 1908, application 
was filed herein which reads and is in words and figures following, to wit:  
Application for Probate of Will Probate Court, Noble county, Ohio – In the 
matter of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Ann Danford, Deceased.  To the 
Probate Court of said County – Your petitioner respectfully represents that 
Mary Ann Danford late a resident of the township of Olive in said County, died 
on or about the 23 day of Aug, A.D. 1908, leaving an instrument in writing, 
herewith produced, purporting to be her last Will and Testament.  That the 
said Mary Ann Danford died leaving no widow and the following name person her 
only next of kin, to wit:

And afterward to wit:  On September 15, 1908, Will was filed herein which 
reads and is in words and figures following to wit:  Last Will and Testament 
In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, Amen:  I Mary Ann Danford, of the 
town of Caldwell, County of Noble and State of Ohio, being about 78 years of 
age, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, Do make, Publish and 
Declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making null and 
void all other last Wills and Testament by me made heretofore.
First:  My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid 
out of my Estate as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
Second:  I give Devise and Bequeath to my daughter Arizona R. Finley, of 
Caldwell, Ohio, the following described real-estate situate in the Village of 
Caldwell, Noble County, Ohio, and being Lot number 499 in J.W. Caldwell’s 
eight addition to the said Village  of Caldwell, Ohio, together with all 
personal property including moneys, credits, goods, and chattels of whatever 
kind, I give, devise and bequeath to her, the said Arizona R. Finley, her 
heirs and assigns, forever and absolutely.
In Testimony whereof, ZI have hereunto set my hand to this, my Last Will and 
Testament at Caldwell, Ohio, this 9th day of March in the year of our Lord, 
One Thousand nine Hundred and eight.

The foregoing Instrument was signed by the said Mary Ann Danford in our 
presence and by her published and declared as and for her Last Will and 
Testament, and at her request, and in her presence and in the presence of each 
other, we hereunto subscribe our names as attesting Witnesses at Caldwell, 
Ohio, this 9th day of March A.D. 1908.
