Morris Danfords Will
  I Morris Danford of the county of Noble and the state of Ohio , farmer by 
occupation, make this my last will.  I give devise and bequest my estate and 
property personal and real as follows that is to say.
1st.  to my beloved wife Eighty Acres off the south side of N.E. ¼ of section 
35 Tp 7 Range 7 as her dower during her life time and at her death I Will 
Seventy acres off the south side of said dower to my Daughter Sarah her heirs 
and assigns forever.  I will to my son Peter the south ½ of the N.E. ¼ of the 
N.W. ¼ of Sec. 35 and the north ½ of the N.E. ¼ of sec. 35 except twenty acres 
of the north side of said quarter sections, on condition that he pay to my son 
Simeon $975.00 Nine hundred and Seventy five Dollars and also to my daughter 
Thankful Law $975.00 Nine hundred and seventy five dollars.  I further Will to 
my son Silas the North ½ of the N.E. ¼ of the N.W. ¼ of sec. 35 and twenty 
acres off the north side of N ½ of N.E. ¼ of sec 35 and the S.W. ¼ of the S.E. 
of sec. 36 Except ten acres in the N.W. corner of said lot, on condition that 
he pay my son Simeon $875.00 Eight hundred and Seventy five dollars and to my 
daughter Thankful Law $875.00 eight hundred and Seventy five dollars.  I 
further will to my daughter Charity Martin the south West ¼ of the S.W. ¼ of 
sec 36 township 8 range 8.  I further Will to my son Samuel F. the S.E. ¼ of 
the S.E. ¼ of sec 35 Township 8 range 8.  Also ten acres laying E of the N.E. 
corner of the said lot on condition that he pay to my daughter Charity Martin 
$50.00 fifty dollars and to my son Simeon $200, two hundred dollars.  I 
further Will that after my just debts are paid that my personal property be 
divided equally between my son Silas Simeon Samuel F & Peter and my daughters 
Charity Martin, Thankful Law and Sarah.
	I appoint my sons Silas & Peter Executors of this my will.  In witness 
thereof I have signed sealed and published and declared this instrument as my 
Will at my residence on this 28th day of February in the year of our Lord 
Eighteen hundred and Seventy two.
Morris Danford.
The said Morris Danford at his residence on said 28th day of February AD 1872 
signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and 
for his last Will.  And we at his request and in his presence and in the 
presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing 
Witnesses.
