It is my will that my executor sell at private sale without sacrifice of Property a sufficient amount of my land to pay all my just debts funeral expenses etc. off of that part of the farm where it will impare the sale of the rest of the farm the least and where he can sell to the best advantage and he is further authorized to sell in such venues upon such terms of credit or otherwise as he may deem advantageous to the estate and he is authorized to execute and acknowledge deed or deeds to purchaser or purchasers and deliver the same in fee simple. 2nd. I give and devise to my beloved wife the remainder of my farm together with all my farming tools, stock , household goods furniture provisions and other goods and Chattels which may be on the farm at the time of my decease so long as she remains my widow and if she ever intermarries during her natural lifetime. 3rd. If my son Francis Elwood Danford should stay with his mother and help to support his younger sisters and brother until he is twenty one years of age and is obedient to his mother and good and kind to his sisters and brother then it is my will that at the end of his mothers widowhood or at her death he shall have five hundred dollars or the worth of it in property. 4th At the end of their mothers widowhood or at her death I will to my daughters Charity E., Margaret T. and Sarah C. and my son Francis E. each fifty dollars (having previously given to my daughter Mary A. Barnes that amount) and also to my son Morris A. one hundred and fifty dollars provided always that if their mother should give either of them anything aside from board and clothes the same shall be reducted out of the above legacies. 5th. It is my will that the balance of my estate be equally divided between my daughters Mary A. Barnes, Charity E. Danford, Margaret T. Danford Sarah C. Danford, and my sons Francis E. Danford & Morris A. Danford. I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother Peter H. Danford executor of this my last will and Testament. 7th. I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of July in the year of our Lord 1879 Silas Danford Signed and acknowledged by said Silas Danford as his last will and testament in our presence and signed by us in his presence.
