Record of last will and testament of Simean Danford
Be it remembered that herebefore to wit: On March 27th, 1899 a Will was filed 
which reads and is in the words and figures following to wit:
Last Will and testament of Simean Danford
I Simean Danford of Keith Noble County Ohio, being of sound mind and memory 
and of disposing intentions do hereby make and publish this my last will and 
testament.
1st – To my beloved wife Rebecca D. Danford I give and devise all my property 
both personal and real; for her support and comfort during her natural life – 
on condition that she pay my funeral expenses and just debts,, It is my 
request that she take the property just as I leave it without inventory.  At 
her death what remains of the property after her support and nursing and 
funeral expenses and a monument to be set at our graves, to be equally divided 
between my legal heirs.
2nd  If either of my heirs their families or husband be indebted to my estate 
(at the death of my wife) that amount shall be deducted from their shares 
respectively even if the claim be outlawed.
3rd I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Rebecca D. Danford executor of 
this my last will and testament, and it is my request that she be not required 
to give bond.
4th  I hereby revoke all former wills made by me
  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 1st day of April 
1897.  Simean Danford
Signed and acknowledged by the said Simean Danford as his last will and 
testament in our presence and signed by us in his presence
