Record of the Will of Harriett Moore
  In the name of the Benevolent Father of all:  I Harriett Moore of Olive 
township, Noble County, Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and 
testament in manner and form following to wit:
Item 1st.  I give and devise all my estate real personal and mixed including 
my homestead, which I purchased of David Miller, containing about three acres 
of land, and situate in Olive Township Noble county Ohio, to my daughters 
Elizabeth Moore and Shottie Moore, and my sons Eugene Moore and William Moore 
and their heirs, share and share alike.  I charge and require my said 
daughters and son to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and I make the 
same a charge on the real estate herein devised to them.
Item 2nd.  It is my wish and desire that the said Elizabeth Moore, Shottie 
Moore, Eugene Moore and William Moore keep the said homestead and not sell the 
same until such time as all of my children are married and settled in life.  I 
also desire that my said children to whom I have devised said homestead will 
furnish a home for my daughter Hattie Moore while she remains single and 
unmarried.  I do not intend my wish and desire to be taken and operate as a 
limitation upon the fee of the real estate herein devised to the said 
Elizabeth Moore, Shottie Moore, Eugene Moore and William Moore.  I hereby 
revoke all former wills by me made.
  In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of 
December 1886

  Signed sealed published and acknowledged by the said Harriet Moore in our 
presence as her last will and testament and signed by us in her presence and 
at her request as witnesses to said will.
