In the name of our heavenly father I Thomas Moore of Brookfield township, Noble Co., state of Ohio do make and publish my last will and testament in form as follow. I give to my wife Harriet N. Moore during her life time the use and benefit of the home place with all of the stalk – farm tools – everything in the house- nothing to be sold on account of my death except eighty acors known as the Fauls pace may be soald if though best by my adminstrater at public or private sale with power to make deed or deeds for the same – and collect all moneys and pay all depts. And farther – that my adminstrater after paying all legal depts. Shall pay to the following heirs Sarah McCrackin – Nancy Delong – Lucretia Delong, Wealtha Moore, - John E. Moore – Lilla W. Moore to each of the above named heirs the special sum of eight hundred dollars to each – out of the first moneys collected after the depts. Are paid. After the death of my wife I autherise my administrater to proceed to sell and turn everything into money either by privet or public sale or both ways if he thinks it best, and when all depts. And the above legaseys are paid what is left t be equally devided among my children – namly Sarah McCrackin, Nancy Delong, Harriss C. Moore, Lucretia Delong, James B. Moore, Union Moore, Wealtha Moore, John e. Moore, Lilla W. Moore to share equal on the following conditions, in case any attachment made to satisfy any judgment, noat or account on said heirs share outside of my own then said heir or heirs wont be intitled to any of the last division but my administrater is authorized to take charge of all such money that would belong to such heir or heirs and put it out at interest either in bonds or good security for the benefit of said heirs children or invest it in land but none of such heirs children to be legal heirs to such money or land unto they are of age. Any noats or clames held by my estate to be taken out of any heirs heirs share if they are in debted to the estate and I autherise my adminstrater to attend to all business that belongs to a adminstrater and to see that the farm and buildings are kept in good order. I do nominate and appoint my soninlaw Robert J. McCrackin my adminstrater of this my last will. I do revoak all former wills by me amade. In testimony here of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of December 1872.
