Wilson of Sharon Township do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. Item 1st. I give and devise to the following person all my household good to be divided equally between them to my beloved sister Cordelia Delancy also to my beloved sister Harriett Moore Also to my beloved sister Susan Walters and also to my beloved sister-in-law Sarah Wilson. Item 2nd. It is my will that my just debts and all charges be paid out of my estate it being the --- of the East half of section twenty four (24) Townhip Seven (7) Range ten (10). That the above described real estate be sold and after all my just debts be paid as above directed also that my beloved brother Milton Wilson be paid liberal for his care of me in my last sickness and that remainder of all moneys be divided as follows, To my beloved brother Sylvanus Wilson, Calvin Wilson Carol Wilson Milton Wilson Harriette Moore Cordelia Delancy Susan Walters, each an equal share. Item 3. I do hereby nominate and appoint Warren J. Marquis Executor of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering him to compromise adjust release and discharge in such manner as he may deem proper the debts and claims due me I do also authorize and empower him if he think best to sell by private sale or in such manner upon such terms of credit or otherwise as he may think proper all or any part of my real estate and deeds to purchasers to execute acknowledge and deliver in fee simple. I desire that no appraisement and no sale of my personal property be made and that the Court of Probate direct the omission of the same in pursuance of the Statute.
