Record of the Will of Daniel Wilson
November 15th 1874
I Daniel Wilson of the County of Noble and State of Ohio do make this my last 
Will and Testament.
1st.  I bequeath and give to my beloved wife Rebecca Wilson all my property 
both real and personal during her natural life if she remains my widow. She 
paying out of said property all my just debts.
2nd.  At the death of my beloved wife it is my will that all my legal heirs 
shall received an Equal Share of my real estate and what might be left of my 
personal property if any said legal heirs being my beloved children to wit 
Emily e. Gibson, Robert P. Wilson, Mary H. Meek, Sarah R. Rutherford, Ann 
Eliza Philpot, William Wilson, Ann Mariah Wilson India H. Dew and Theodore R. 
Wilson.
3rd.  In case my beloved wife should again get married then in that case said 
property is to be divided among my said Children as above set forth at the 
time of said marriage then and from that time my beloved wife will only 
receive 1/8 of my real & personal property during her life time.
4th  I appoint my son Theodore R. Wilson as my Executor.

We the undersigned being present and heard the above read to said Daniel 
Wilson and saw him sign the same and by his request we hereby sign this as 
witnesses to the same this 15th day of Nov 1874
