I John Wilson of Jackson Township in the county of Noble and state of Ohio being of lawful age and sound mind do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. 1st. It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. 2nd I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane Wilson during her natural life all of my real estate viz, The south East quarter of section (10) in Township five (5) of Range Nine “9” Also the west half of the North west Quarter Also the north East quarter of the north west Quarter of section Eleven “11” Township five “5” Range nine “9” Containing in all two hundred and Eighty acres “280” Also all of my good and chattels moneys and credits Thirdly. I give and bequeath to my son John Dalfus Wilson at and after the death of my wife Jane Wilson the following real estate west half of the north west Quarter also the north East Quarter of north west Quarter of section Eleven “11” In township five “5” of Range Nine “9” containing one hundred and twenty acres “120” Also one third “1/3” of all the goods chattels moneys and credits that may be on hands at the death of my wife Jane Wilson by the said John Dolfus Wilson paying to my Grandson Sylvester Yarnal four hundred Dollars “$400” in one and two years after being in possession of said property. Also Two hundred Dollars $200, to my son Albert Wilson or his children in three years. Also two hundred dollars $200, to my son James Wilson or his children in four years making in al $800. 4th. I give and bequeath to my two sons Thomas I. Wilson and Elvin T. Wilson two thirds of all my goods chattels moneys and credits that may be on hand at the death of my wife Jane Wilson. Also the following Real Estate viz. The south east Quarter of section “10” Township Five “5” of Range nine ”9” containing one hundred and sixty acres “160” being a part of the land given to my wife Jane Wilson during her life by them the said Thomas C. Wilson and Elvis T. Wilson paying Five hundred dollars $500, as follows one hundred dollars $100, To my daughter Mary E. Briggs or to her children Tow hundred dollars $200, to my son Isaac S. Wilson or his children in two years Two hundred dollars $200 to my daughter Margaret Briggs or her children in three years after they get possession of Real and personal Property given and bequeathed to them all of the foregoing Payments is to commence to run from the time the said John Dalfus Wilson Thomas C. Wilson and Elvin T. Wilson shall get possession of the property herein given and bequeathed to them, and the said Thomas E. Wilson and Elvin T. Wilson intend to sell there interest in the said land and “any” person or persons other than themselves unless they both agree to sell the hoal “whole” of said Quarter section, and if the said John Dolfus Wilson Thomas C. Wilson or Elvis T. Wilson should die leaving no children there and then in that case the whole of said property herein bequeathed goes to Them that still survives. 5th. That at the death of my wife Jane Wilson and myself the said John Dolfus Wilson Thomas C. Wilson and Elvin T. Wilson is to take possession of all of the property herein bequeathed to them and make the payments as set forth for them to make without making an inventory or having an executor or appraisement as is common in the distribution of estate. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eight day of May in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and seventy seven 1877 John Wilson Signed published and declared by the above named John Wilson as an for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request signed as witnesses to the same Thomas E.
