It is my will, and I so order and direct, that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named out of my personal estate. Item 2nd I desire in this my last Will and Testament, to make a suitable provision for the support and maintenance of my beloved wife, Jane Wilson and with that view, I order and direct that my son, Alexander Wilson, pay to my said wife the following sums of money to wit: Three hundred dollars at my decease, and three hundred dollars yearly thereafter during the natural life of my said wife; also, I give and bequeath to my said wife all the household and kitchen furniture, cupboard ware, beds and bedding that may belong to me at the time of death. My said wife is to have the right and privilege to remain and reside in my dwelling house on the farm devised to my son Alexander Wilson during her natural life. The provisions made for my said wife in this item of my Will are to be in lieu of her dower in all the real estate of which I may die seized: and also, in lieu of all other allowances which she may be entitled to as my widow. Item 3rd I give and devise to my son Alexander Wilson his heirs and assigns, subject to the payment subject to the payment of the legacy to my said wife, mentioned in item two of this my last Will, the following lands and tenements situate in Brookfield township, Noble County, Ohio to wit: all the South East quarter of section nineteen (19) township eight (8) of Range ten (10) except about twelve (12) acres in the South East corner thereof, owned by Thomas Baldwin and also about twenty five (25) acres of land more or less, being the South part of the East half of the North East quarter of section Township & Range last aforesaid and that part of the West half of the North West quarter of the North West quarter of section twenty (20) township and range last aforesaid, which lies West of the road and South of a white oak tree about eight rods East of the section line dividing sections nineteen and twenty, the North line of said parcel of land last aforesaid is a fence running due West from said White Oak tree to intersect the East line of John Thompsons land in said section nineteen (19) I also, give and bequeath to my said son Alexander Wilson his heirs and assigns all my personal estate of every kind and description except that portion of the same bequeathed to my said wife subject to the payment of my debts as provided in the first item of my last Will and Testament. My said wife is to have the right to reside in the dwelling house on the lands and tenements devised to my son Alexander Wilson in this item of my Will, during her natural life as aforesaid. Item 4th. I give and devise to my sons James Wilson and George Wilson and to their heirs and assigns forever, the following lands and tenements situate in the County of Noble and State of Ohio, to wit: eighty –five (85) acres of land more or less, lying and being in the South East quarter of section eighteen (18) township eight (8) of Range ten (10), described by the district assessor of real property for Brookfield Township Noble County, Ohio, for the year 1890, as fraction number two (2) in said South East quarter, also, all that part of the East half of the North East quarter of section nineteen (19) township and range last aforesaid not devised to my son Alexander Wilson, in item third of this my last Will and Testament, and also all that part of the West half of the North West quarter of section twenty (20) township and range last aforesaid, and fraction number one (1) in said North West quarter of section, township and range last aforesaid, not devised to said Alexander Wilson in item third of this my last Will. The lands and tenements devised to my said sons in this item of my said Will contain two hundred and thirty six (236) acres more or less. Item 5. I have heretofore advanced to my daughter Ann foot in money and to my son Seth G. Wilson in real Estate and in money what I consider under all the circumstances to be their full share of my estate, and for that reason they are to receive nothing more from my estate. Item 6. I hereby nominate and appoint my sons James Wilson and Alexander Wilson and the survivors of the, executors of this my last Will and Testament, and by their presents authorize and empower them to do and perform all lawfull acts necessary to be done to fully execute this my last Will and Testament I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made. In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of June A.D. 1891.
