Record of Joseph Wilson’s Will I Joseph Wilson of the county of Noble and State of Ohio, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say: First. It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. Second. I give and bequest to my beloved wife Elisabeth Wilson and my beloved daughter Adaline Wilson the procedes of the plantation on which we now reside, situated in Sharon Township, Noble County and State of Ohio, containing about two hundred and thirty nine acres, during the life time of my wife Elisabeth Wilson. Third. I give and bequeath to my said wife Elisabeth Wilson Two hundred dollars in money also one Sorl horse owned by me at this time, also one cow. Four hogs, Four sheep and all the house hold and kitchen furniture, including cooking utensils and one years provisions, set off to her by three qualified appraisers. Fourth I also give and bequeath to my daughter Adaline Five hundred dollars in money, and one flour year old bay mare, one cow, and calf, known as heru at this time, also one bed and bed stead an bereau, and one set of chears. Fifth. I give and bequeath to my two sons Joseph Carlton Wilson and Milton M. Wilson twenty five dollars, apeace at the final settlement of my estate. Sixth. I will that all of the balance of my chattle property be sold and converted into money, my debts all collected including eight hundred dollars, loaned to Jesse Foster, last fall in September or November for which I haven’t any note, and divided equally betwixt my wife Elisabeth Wilson, my sons Finley Wilson, Silvanus Wilson, Calvin Wilson, my daughters Harriet Moore, Pax Anna Wilson, Cordella Delaney, Adaline Wilson, Susan Walters, Rebecca Walters. And lastly I hereby appoint Stephen Parrish Executor for this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Seventeenth 17 day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixty seven 1867.
