First. It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. Second. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Wilson in lieu of her dower the plantation on which we now resided situate in Sharon Township Noble Co., Ohio, and containing about fifty acres during her natural life. Also all the live stock horses cows and sheep, and all house hold & kitchen furniture also all other items of personal property not particularly named in this will during her natural life as aforesaid she however first disposing of a sufficiency thereof to pay my just debts as aforesaid and at the death of my said wife all the property hereby devised or bequeathed to her as aforesaid or so much thereof as may remain unexpended to my four daughters Agnes Willow, Sarah Wilson, Delilah Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson, and to their heirs and assigns for ever. My son Elwood Wilson having heretofore received his full share of my estate he is therefore excluded from any bequest. And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint Samuel Sailor executor for this my last will and testament revoking all others, and confirming this for my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of January 1868 William Wilson Signed published and declared by the above named Wm Wilson as and for his last will & testament in presence of who at his request signed as witnesses.
