Eichler died at his home, 433 South avenue, last night, of tuberculosis. His illness was of five weeks duration. Mr. Eichler was born in Germany, December 25, 1864, and at the time of his death had reached the age of forty-seven years, three months and one day. For many years he had been a resident of this city, being an employee of the Herring-Hall-Marvin safe and Lock Co. At that factory he was employed as an expert lock maker, and was one of the best mechanics in this line of work, and was frequently sent out by the company to open safes which had been locked and could not be opened. Among his fellow workers he was very popular and the news of his death will bring sorrow to a large circle of aquaintances. Besides his wife he leaves one daughter, one brother, Fritz Eichler, of this city and one sister in New York City. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters in Germany. The funeral had been arranged to take place at the residence, 433 South avenue, Friday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. G.S. Gerhold officiating. Of Oxford Judge Warren Gard today approved an entry dissolving the Eureka Razor Co., formerly of Oxford, and petitioned for by Karl and Charles Zwick. The court has also appointed Karl Zwick to act as receiver for the estate. Albert Templar, John Dennerly and H. N. White are not entitled to any relief on their cross petitions according to the decision and all except. Benjamin Petticrew Dead Benjamin Patticrew, aged 72, died suddenly of heart failure Monday night. He was a well known farmer who came here two years ago and took up residence on the farm which he purchased from George Wallace. He leaves two daughter, Minnie and Addie, the former a physician who attended him in his illness.
