Jarred M. Fenner
   Jarred Mitchell (Mitch) Fenner, 20, of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, April 8, 
1998.
   He was born Aug. 19, 1977, in West Union, the son of Hugh Gordon and Sharon 
Kaye (Gunsauley) Fenner.
   He was a graduate of Whiteoak High School.
   Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Kelley Gordon Fenner of 
Hillsboro and Daryll Travis (Trena) Fenner of Hillsboro; a sister, Dianna (Jeff) 
Mullenix of Chesapeake, Va.; maternal grandmother, Elsie Pauline Gunsauley of 
Dayton; a niece, Tiffany Mulleniz; nephews, Seth, Shane, Matthew, Zachary, 
Jamie, and Harley Fenner; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
   Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, at the Hope Miller-
Thompson Funeral Home. The Rev. Tom Zile will officiate. Burial will follow in 
the New Market Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
   The family suggests memorials to the Highland County Society for Children & 
Adults, c/o Betty Collins, 318 Chilicothe Ave., Hillsboro.
