Cecil Greene
   Cecil Greene, 95, of Hillsboro, died Saturday, March 7, 1998, at his 
residence.
   He was born May 7, 1902, in Springfield, the son of the late George and Dora 
(Puckett) Greene.
   Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and four 
brothers.
   He is survived by his wife, Mary (Tong) Greene, whom he married Aug. 29, 
1936; five sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Wanda Greene of Hillsboro, John 
and Donna Greene of Greenfield, James Greene of Bainbridge, Paul and Candy 
Greene of Hillsboro and Melvin and Debbie Greene of Hillsboro; a daughter and 
son-in-law, Evelyn and Kenneth Clouser of Greenfield; a daughter-in-law, Sharon 
Greene of Greenfield; a brother, Paul Greene of Vandalia; 22 grandchildren and 
24 great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home 
in Sinking Spring with the Rev. Carey Hilterbran officiating. Burial will follow 
in the Lapperal Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the 
funeral home.
