Landrum, 39, of Sidney, died May 14, 1998, at the Miami Valley Hospital. Born Sept. 16, 1958, in Gallapolis, he was the son of Dwight Landrum and Ann (Daugherty) Landrum of Hillsboro. On June 13, 1981, he married Tammy Fulton who survives. He is also survived by a son, Brian Thomas Landrum, at home; daughters, Tammy and Tracey Landrum, both at home; and paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Hilend of Jackson. He was a member of Stokes Lodge #305 F. & A.M. in Port Jefferson, Valley of Dayton Scottish Rite, Loyal Order of Moose #568 of Sidney, Fraternal Order of Police, Sidney- Shelby County YMCA, VESPA Quarterback Club, Shelby County 32 Club, Quarry Fishing Club, Administrative Council of the Sidney United Methodist Church, Methodist Men's Organization, served as usher for the First United Methodist Church, current coach of the Lady Bees soccer team, umpire for IUTIS ball league, instructor for USS Swim Team Officials, past president of YMCA swim team, past president of Sidney IUTIS, past president of IUTIS softball commission, charter member and past president of Shelby County Ducks Unlimited Club and a lifetime member of Ohio State University Alumni Association. A member of the First United Methodist Church, he was a wildlife investigator for the Ohio Division of Wildlife. Funeral services will be Monday, 10:30 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church, with The Rev. Heth H. Corl officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco. Friends may call Sunday, 12:30-5 p.m. at Cromes Funeral Home, 302 South Main Ave., Sidney. Stokes Masonic Lodge will hold a memorial service Sunday at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sidney High Football and Swim Team, Shelby County Youth Soccer League, Bridgeview Girls Basketball, Track and Volleyball Organizations.
