Ira R. Penn
   Ira R. Penn, 79, of Frankfort, died Thursday, April 30, at the Veterans Affairs Medical 
Center.
   He was born Jan. 18, 1919, the son of the late Labe and Edith McMahn Penn.
   He is survived by his wife, Martha Belle Wilson, whom he married in 1944; two 
children; and many other relatives.
   Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Fisher-Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home in 
Frankfort with Mike Free officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, 
Chillicothe. Visitation will be held Sunday, 5-8 p.m.
