Patricia F. Penwell
   Patricia (Carter) Fyffe Penwell, 56, of Bainbridge, died May 14, 1998, at Maple View 
Manor following an extended illness.
   She was born June 30, 1941, to Maude and Forrest Carter.
   She was married to Frank Fyffe, who died on Dec. 21, 1971.
   She is survived by son, Frank; daughter, Peggy; daughters and sons-in-law, Loretta and 
Philip Wagoner, Brenda and Rick Elliot, Marshal and David Matthews and Misty and 
John Herman; grandchildren, Mike Wagoner, Susan and Rick Wilson, Laura Wagoner, 
April and Brad Posey, Rich and Amanda Elliott, Ashley, Tyler and Kyle Matthews and 
Ryan and Zachary Herman; and great-grandchildren, Britney Wilson and Briana Posey. 
Also surviving are sister and brother-in-law, Christine and Jim Potts; brothers and sisters-
in-law, Jim and Phyllis Carter, Donald and Frannie Carter and Roger and Patricia Carter; 
several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
   She was preceded in death by brothers, Darrell and Elijah.
   Friends may call at the Smith Moore Funeral Home in Bainbridge from 4-8 p.m. 
Saturday. Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Pastor David 
Roosa officiating. Burial will follow in the Cynthiana Cemetery.
