Herma Sever
   Herma Sever, 77, of Frankfort, died Monday, June 8, 1998, at her residence 
following a lingering illness.
   She was born on Sept. 20, 1920, in Lawrence County, Ky., the daughter of the 
late Oscar and Rosa Neil (Green) Reeves.
   A 1939 graduate of Buckskin High School, she had worked as the head cook at 
Frankfort Schools and retired from Durable Products.
   She was preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Wilber "Bill" 
Sever, whom she married on Jun. 2, 1941; one sister, Edith Wooten; and two 
brothers, Joseph and Russell Reeves.
   She is survived by three children, Ruth Ann Reisinger (Jim Altman) of 
Clarksburg, Rose Marie (Charles) Hummel of Chilicothe and Wilber E. Sever, Jr. 
(Deborah) of Chilicothe; eight grandchildren, Debbie Reisinger Secrest, Jeff 
Fout, Joan Fout Long, Mike Reisinger and Bill and Nathan Sever; eight great-
grandchildren; three sisters, Pauline Hildebrand and Eliza Crago of Hillsboro 
and Arna Leah Sharp of Wilmington; and three brothers, Charles, Walter and Arvil 
Reeves of London.
   Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Fisher-Anderson-Ebright 
Funeral Home in Frankfort. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in 
Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 5-8 p.m.
