Floyd P. Spinks
   Floyd P. Spinks, 80, of Highland County, died Wednesday, May 20, 1998, at 
Salyers Group Home in Hillsboro.
   Born Feb. 21, 1918 in Clinton County, he was the son of Roy and Wyoma (Shaw) 
Spinks.
   Survivors include two brothers, Ralph (Olive) Spinks of Jamestown and Richard 
(Sylvia) Spinks of Wilmington; one sister, Mary Jane (Ray) Delisle of 
Cincinnati; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and a 
special friend, Mabel Green of Hillsboro.
   Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Rhoads-Edgington 
Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Pastor Jake Copley officiating. Burial will 
follow in the Sugar Tree Ridge Cemetery. The Highland County Honor Guard will 
conduct military graveside services at the cemetery. Friends may call Saturday 
from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
   Memorials may be directed to the Sugar Tree Ridge Church of Christ or to the 
Hospice of Highland County.
