Rozella J. Swisher
   Rozella J. Swisher, 74, of Brookhaven Nursing Home, Brookville, formerly of 
Wilmington, died Friday, April 24, 1998, at the nursing home.
   Born June 14, 1923, in Charleston, W. Va., she was the daughter of Frederick 
Jackson and Rosa (Hall) Jackson.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Arthur R. Swisher.
   Visitation will be today, 6 to 9 p.m., at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 
327 N. South St., Wilmington. Funeral services will be Wednesday, 11 a.m., at 
the funeral home.
   Burial will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Wilmington.
