Loy J. Hayslip
   Loy Jasper "Jack" Hayslip, 55, of Clarksville, died Monday, March 23, 1998, at Clinton 
Memorial Hospital, Wilmington.
   Born Dec. 31, 1942, in Blanchester, he was the son of Jasper F. Hayslip and Opal 
(Fields) Hayslip.
   He is survived by his parents of Wilmington and his wife, Debra (Phillips) Hayslip.
   Visitation will be held Thursday, March 26, from noon to time of service at 2 p.m., at 
the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South St., Wilmington. The funeral service 
will be Thursday, 2 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Martinsville 
I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Martinsville.
