Anna M. Holt-Davis
   Anna Margaret Holt-Davis, 86, of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, May 27, 1998, at her 
residence.
   She was born June 17, 1911, in Otway, the daughter of the late Joseph Richard and 
Susie (Oppy) Thompson.
   She was a member of the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church.
   Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lee Holt; a 
daughter, Anna Charlotte Holt; and five brothers.
   She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and Joyce Holt of Hillsboro; a 
daughter and son-in-law, Garnet and Tom Wilkin of Hillsboro; a brother, Ora Thompson 
of Hillsboro; two sisters, Helen Creek and Dorothy Davis, both of Hillsboro; four 
grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church 
with Rev. Wylie Perkins and Rev. Jack Blackburn co-officiating. Buiral will follow in the 
Hightop Cemetery. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Hope Miller-Thompson 
Funeral Home.
   The family suggests memorials be made to the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church.
