Dorothy M. Coonrod
   Dorothy Mae Coonrod, 64, of Blanchester, died Saturday, May 2, 1998, at Clinton 
Memorial Hospital, Wilmington.
   Born Nov. 19, 1933, in Clinton County, she was the daughter of Glenn and Reba 
(Warren) Shelton.
   She was a housekeeper for the Quaker Management Corp.
   She is survived by a daughter, Brenda Perkins of New Vienna; sons, Ronnie Coonrod 
of Blanchester and Bret McKeever of Belfast; four grandchildren, Brian Tedrick and 
Brandy, Scott and Derek Myers; sister, Shirley Huston of Martinsville; brothers,  
Raymond, Richard and Leonard Shelton, all of Wilmington, Stanley Shelton of Texas 
and Donald Shelton of Xenia; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Merlin 
Kelly of Blanchester.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Junior Coonrod; and a brother, 
David Shelton.
   Services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Anderson-Strueve Funeral Home, Greenfield. 
The Rev. Kenneth Burchett will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bridges Cemetery, 
Bridges. Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 p.m. today.
