Joan S. Murphy
   Joan S. Murphy, 70, of Wilmington, died Tuesday, June 9, 1998, at her residence.
   She was born on April 12, 1928, in Cincinnati, the daughter of John Simcox and Naomi 
(Paeltz) Simcox.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Glen R. Murphy.
   Calling hours for friends and family will be on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and Friday from 
1:30-2:30 p.m. at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South St., Wilmington. The 
funeral will be Friday, 2:30 pm., at the funeral home and burial will follow in the New 
Antioch Cemetery in New Antioch.
   Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Clinton County, 61 E. Main St., 
Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
