Billy Eugene Ratcliffe
   Billy Eugene Ratcliffe, 69, of Frankfort, died unexpectedly at his residence on 
Thursday, May 7, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Margaret J. (McMahon) Ratcliffe.
   Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, May 11, at Fisher-Anderson-Ebright Funeral 
Home, Frankfort. The Rev. Keith Kivlin will officiate. Burial will follow in the 
Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
