It is my will that all my funeral expences and all jsut debts be paid inclding expences of a family monument to be erected by my Executor at a cost of from Seventy Five Dollars to One Hundred Dollars. Item 2nd I give and devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal of what ever name and nature to my six children-Emilia J. Jackson, Stewart D. Jackson, Charles S. Underwood, George W. Underwood, Almon B. Underwood, and Gideon B. Underwood, to be divided between them, share and share alike and as I do not know the whereabout of my said daughter Emilia J. Jackson or whether she is still living-and does not appear in person to claim her share within three months of the time of my dicease, than her share shall go to the other five of my children, above named to be equally divided among them. The above request is conditional as to each of my said children that in case he or she makes any objections to the performance of its provisions, his or her share in my estate shall there upon go to the others names, share and share alike. Item 3rd I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of May A.D. One thousand, Eight-Hundred and Ninety-two. Signed by said Elmina S.
