The deceased was born at Kensington, February 29, 1872. She lived in this vicinity most of her life, with the exception of 20 years in Alliance. She was a member of the Hanoverton Christian Church. On July 19, 1891 she was united in marriage to Alva Brown, who survives. Other survivors are four sons, Fred, Charles and Howard Brown of Minerva and Wayne Brown of Louisville R.D.;six brothers, D.A. McGhee of Salem; Nathan McGhee of Brewster ;John McGhee of Denison;Carl McGhee of Lewistown, Pa; Watler MCGhee of Springfield, Mass., and Galen McGhee of Washington , D.C. ; two sisters, Mrs. E.R. Butler of New Philadelphia and Mrs. Margaret Leggett of Ft. Wayne, Ind., seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral sevices will be held at the Dillon-McCreery Funeral Home in Minerva at 1:30 P.M. Friday and at the Hanoverton Christian Church at 2 P.M.Rev. E.J. Barber, pastor of the Minerva Christian Church . will officiate. Burial will be made in the Hanoverton, Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 P.M.
