The death of the deceased was caused by dropsy. He was a laborer and was very well known in the city. He is survived by four children. Charles PHILLIPI and John PHILLIPI, of this city; Mrs. William HUNT, of Caledonai, and Mrs. William RENGET, of Waldo. There are also fifteen grandchildren, one brother, John PHILLIPI, of Marseilles, and Mrs. Maude FETTER of Claridon.
