Erie Co, OH Probate Court Marrige Application Vol. 3, page 10
State of Ohio, Erie County T. C. Brokaw having made application for a Marriage
License for James Veader and Sarah J. Stanbury of said County; and being duly
sworn, on his oath says that the said James Veader is over twenty-one years of
age and that he has no wife living; Also, that the said Sarah is over eighteen
years of age and that she has no husband living and that the parties are not
nearer of kin than first cousins, as he verily believes; and that he knows of
no legal objection to said contemplated marriage.  Subscribed and Sworn to
this 31st day of December 1853, before me T. W. Basher J.P.

State of Ohio Erie County I hereby certify that on the first day of January
1854 I solemnized the marriage contract between James Veader and Sarah J.
