Libbie" Lippincott Sarah E. "Libbie" Lippincott, 109, of Huntington County, Ind., formerly of Lima, Allen County, Ohio, died at 7:30 p.m., June 25th, 1999 at the United Methodist memorial Home, Warren, Indiana. She was born March 8, 1890 in Allen County, Ohio to Moses Amos and Saloma Doner Lippincott. Miss Lippincott retired as a housekeeper in 1955 for various families in Mildord, Indiana area. She was a member of Milford Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. The oldest living person in Huntington County, she enjoyed corresponding with servicemen and presidents, working puzzles, reading, sewing and quilting. Survivors include two nephews, Arden Miller of Milford, Ind. and Gerald Crowl of Syracuse, Ind.: four great-nieces, Janet Groves, of Milford, Ind., Jerri Rink of Syracuse, Ind., Barbara Bray of Nappanee, Ind. and Alice Jo Ecklebarger of Leesburg, Ind. Services were held Tuesday at the United Methodist Memorial Home. The Rev. John Pattison officiated. Burial was in New Salem Cemetery, near Milford, Indiana. OH October 4, 1882/June 14, 1934 Manchester, OH Emma Belle Osborne, wife of Wesley Dimmitt Osborne died today in Cincinnati, Ohio after a lengthy battle with cancer. Beloved mother of Dimmitt Melwood age 13, Janice Lee, age 9, and Kathleen Sowers Osborne, age 7. She is sister to Alexander Sowers of New Richmond, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, Hosea Sowers and her mother Lucinda Gilbert both of Manchester, Ohio. Burial Walnut Hills Cemetery, June 16, 1934 Janice L.
