Trucks Senior to Wm Trucks Junior, Dated Oct. 19, 1831 Received Oct. 26th and Recorded 25th A.D. 1831 Know all men by these presents that I William Trucks Senior of Richland County in the State of Ohio for and consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars to me in hand paid by William Trucks Junior the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do give grant bargain alien relecise convey and confirm into the said William Trucks Junior his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of Said situate lying and being a part of the east half of Section Thirty-one Township Twenty Three and Range eighteen of the lands directed to be sold at Canton Ohio beginning in the middle of the Creek below the bridge across the Blackfork from thence East to a post on the Centre line North and South of said Section. thence South along the Centre line of said Section to a post in the centre of the public square in the vilage of Trucksville to Olivesburg to a post on the East lie of said Section - thence North along the East line of Said Section to the middle of the Blackfork Creek - thence up the creek along the middle of said creek to the place of beginning containing one hundred and thirty acres be the same more or less and situated in Richland County Ohio. To have and to hold the above described premises with their appurtenances to the said William Trucks Junior his heirs and assigns to them and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And I the said William Trucks Senior for myself any heirs exectutors and administrators do covenant to and with the said William Trucks Junior his heirs exectuors adiministrators and assigns that and until the ensealing hereof I was lawfully seized and [illegible] of the above described premises in fee simple that they are free from all incumbrances and that against all lawful claims and demands of any person or persons whatsoever the said premises of said William Trucks Junior his heirs and assigns I will forever warrant and defend In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of October A.D. 1831 signed Sealed and delivered} William Trucks (seal) in presence of Samuel Ayers} William Ayers} State of Ohio Richland County Be it remembered that on the nineteenth day of October A.D. 1831 Personally appeared before one of theJustices of the peace in and for the said County the above named William Trucks Senior personally known to me to be the above named grantor and acknowledged that he voluntarily executed the above deed for the purposes therein specified.
