Humbly complaining (illegible) unto your honors your Orator & Oratories James Holgate & Sylvia Holgate the said James & Maria Trucks of the County of Lucern (sic) in the state of Pennsylvania & Elizabeth Slocum of said County of Richland that on the first day of March Eighteen hundred & thirty three they filed their Bill of complaint in said Court against William Trucks of said County of Richland then living but now deceased stating therein stated and praying other a certain paper writing (illegible) be a deed of conveyance of a certain tract of land being a part of the west half of section thirty one in Township No. twenty-three of Range No. Eighteen situate in said County of Richland & described as follows beginning in the middle of the Creek below the bridge that crosses the Blackfork at the corner of said William Trucks land running thence up in the center of said creek to the west boundary of said (illegible) thence North along the west line of said Section to the Northwest corner of said Section thence East along the North line of said Section to the (illegible) post south thence south to the centre of the Blackfork Creek thence up in the center of the creek to the flow of beginning? and supposed to have contain about two hundred & ten acres with the appurtenances to the said William Trucks the younger by his late Father William Trucks the elder deceased might be declared said & of some effect & that the said land & premises in part descend? to your Orator & oratories. & that this said supposed deed of conveyance be decreed to be delivered up to be (illegible) On that the said William Trucks the younger might be declared a trustee for your Oratories the said Sylvia & Maria & that the said tract of land vested in the said William Trucks the younger subject to the payment of one thousand dollars to each of your oratories the said Sylvia & Maria & that the said William the younger be (illegible) to account unto your oratories the said Sylvia & Maria for the sum two thousand dollars with the interest (illegible) from the death of the said William the younger might be deemed payable to cash of your oratories Sylvia & Maria the said land & premises might be (illegible) for the payment of the same and for further relief. And your Orator & oratories further represent unto your Honors that after their filing said Bill of Complaint by your Orator & oratories & on or about the month of April eighteen hundred & thirty three the said William Trucks the younger departed this life leavingas his children & heirs at law Lura Vanfossen formerly Lura Trucks who has intermarried with Levy Vanfossen & Sophia Lewis formerly Sophia Trucks of Huron County in said State and Lucy Ann Trucks of Lucern (sic) County & State of Pennsylvania & George Trucks, Clarissa Trucks, Charles Trucks, John Trucks, Emily Trucks & Porter A. Trucks of said County of Richland. The said Lucy Ann (sic) George, Clarissa, Charles, John & Porter A. being minors under the age of twenty one years and Lydia Trucks the Elder the widow of the said William Trucks the younger.
