He was born about 1875? as a guess. If I understand this connection correctly, he had a brother who had a son named John Spencer who married Nannie Milligan around 1900. Clarence (who may have married a Mabel) had a son named Stanley Spencer (b. about 1911 d 1991) and another son named Clarence (b unknown yet).
