C. for 50 cents Know all men by these presents, that I, William Perrine of the county f Hocking in the State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of four hundred & fifty dollars, in hand paid and secured to be paid, by Richard S. Calvert of the county & state aforesaid have bargained and sold, and do herby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Richard S. Calvert, his heirs and assigns, forever, the following real estate situate in the county of Hocking in the State of Ohio and in the township of Perry and described as follows: being the North East quarter of the North East quarter, and the North West quarter of the North East quarter of Section number thirty six (36) of township twelve (12) of Range miniature(?) 19 in the district of lands subject to sale at Chillicothe Ohio each containing forty acres, making in all eighty acres. To have and to hold said premises with the appurtenances, unto the said Richard S. Calvert, his heirs and assigns, forever; and the said William Perrine for himself and heirs, doth hereby covenant with said Richard S Calvert and his heirs and assigns, that he is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid - that the premises are free and clear from all incumberance, whatever, and that he will forever warrant and defend the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said Richard S. Zimmerman was born 5 May 1845 in Allen Co., Ohio and she died at the home of her son, Arthur, in Marengo, Iowa, on 17 April 1916. She had 7 sons and 4 daughters. Clinton and Frank are now deceased. Surviving: 1. Henry of Waterloo, 2. Fred of Nora Springs, 3. Arthur of Marengo, 4. Earl of Kansas City, Kansas, 5. Walter of Kansas City, Mo., 6. Mrs Florence McKenna of Palisades, Mn., 7. Mrs. Alice HOBBS of Dakota, 8. Mrs. Elizabeth BEBEE of Center Point and 9. Mrs. Cora COX. She also had 1 brother, James CHURCH of Kansas City, Kansas and 32 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Social Calendar (7/12/1906) (article possibly from the Circleville Democrat Watchman but not for sure) Miss Modie Rudisill entertained at cards last Wednesday afternoon at her home in Pickaway township. Miss Modie Rudisill entertained to a Fourth of July party Wednesday evening at "Cloverdale", in honor of her cousin, Miss Maude Huntwork of Findlay. The interior of the house and the porches were effectively decorated with flags and bunting. Music, games and fireworks helped to make the evening a most enjoyable one. Mr. Clarence Seymour won first prize in the guessing contest, and Miss Hattie Pfingst the consolation prize. Refreshments were served, small flags tied with patriotic colors were used as souvenirs. The invited guest list included: Misses Huntwork, Edna and Lulu Lutz, Bertha Welsh, Ollie Valentine, Nora, Laura and Katherine Kocher, Myrtle Kirkpatrick, Hattie Pfingst, Hazel Brown, Minnie Warner, Jessie Creager and Grace Foust; Messrs.
