Book 12 page 381 Darke County, Ohio Know all men of these presents that we Josiah Mongar and Elizabeth Mongar wife of said Josiah Mongar in consideration of the sum of five thousand dollars in hand paid by Asahel C Page hath bargained and sold and do hereby grant bargain, sell and convey unto the said Asahel C Page and unto his heirs and assigns forever the following premises situate in the county of Darke in the State of Ohio in the Township of Jackson and bounded and described as follows, viz. the West half of the South West quarter of Section twenty (20) Township thirteen (13) Range one (1) East, containing eighty acres more or less.
