Arledge (Shasteen) Mrs. Oda O. Arledge, 91, of North High St., died 10:16 a.m. May 29,1990 in Medical Center Hospital following an extended illness. She was born December 14, 1898 in Ross county to Robert and Nancy Bell Murphy Shasteen. On Janurary 3, 1917 she married George D. Arledge, who died November 11, 1980. Surviving ar daughters, Mrs. Jack (Viola) Bosworth and Mrs. Paul (Blanche) Bliss, both of Chillicothe; six grandchildren; 12 great-grand children; a great-great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Arledge has operated a home laundry for many years and lived in Ross county her entire life. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Ware Funeral Home, with Rev. Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery, Pickaway County.
