WARDICK---Patrick Wardick died at his home on Union street Monday morning of a complication of diseases, aged 87 years. Mr. Wardick came to this country from Ireland in 1851, and has resided in this county almost every since. For a number of years previous to his removal to this city, he lived with his family at Williamsport. He leaves a wife, and three daughter. The funeral occurred from St. Joseph's church, Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. M. M. Meara, officiating. Interment at St. Joseph's cemetery. NOGGLE---Samuel Noggle died in Madison township, Fairfield county, Ohio August 7th, 1892 at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 6 days. He was married to Sofia Herrin, March 21st, 1831. To them were born three sons. Two sons and their mother preceded him to the grave. One son, Jonas Noggle, is now living near Circleville. Eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren remain. Father Noggle's death was rather sudden. On the 3d inst, he went to the place where he died which was also the place of his birth and childhood, to visit relatives. On the way he took sick and died, the Sabbath following. He was a good man having been a consistent member of the United Brethren church 46 years. His funeral occurred August 8th at Mt. Zion church, W. W. Rymer officiating. A large audience assembled and with many tears he was laid to rest in the beautiful cemetery at that place. W.W.R. ****I do not know if there was suppose to be something after the W.W.R. 3-11-1892 GOCHENOUER---George Gochenouer, who has been so near death's door and has never left his bed for 16 weeks, died Thursday morning, March 3d at half past 1 o'clock. His has been a very peculiar case of sickens, baffling the most skillful doctors. He leaves nine children of whom only two are married. His wife and infant child died three years ago. The funeral services were held at the Commercial Point M. E., church and were conducted by Rev. Abeernethy of Darbyville. The children are left without either father or mother and would make the hardest of hearts quiver to have seen such a sad and touching scene. They have the sympathy of the entire community. The remains were interred at the Beckett cemetery. It was one of the largest funerals ever held at Commercial Point.
