Robert Clark (1832-1908) was the son of James L. Clark (1800-1864) and Sarah Pennisten (1813-1882). He and Julia Miller (1834-1907) were the parents of William, James, Sarah, Mary, Rebecca, Jesse, Margaret, and Myrtle Clark. "THE STATE OF OHIO, SS. This 10th day of March 1855 personally came Robert Clark and made oath, that he is twenty-one years of age, and that Juliann Miller is Eighteen years of age, and a resident of this County, that both said last named persons are unmarried, and are not nearer of kin than first cousins. The Dallas Cemetery is in the small town of Boston in Highland County. It is also known as the Methodist Cemetery, and as the Boston Cemetery. "RAINSBORO. Mrs. Robert Clark, aged almost 73 years died early Sunday morning at her home two miles west of town. She had been a great sufferer several weeks. She leaves an aged husband, eight children and several grandchildren. The funeral was preached on Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. McColum.
