One day, Harold's wife, Nora, made a cherry pie for supper. Harold was late getting home from work that day, so the family, including the visiting couple Howard and Viola Cokonougher, went ahead with supper without him. They found that the cherry pie had so much sugar and was so sweet that they could hardly eat it. After they finished, Harold finally arrived home, and began his supper. He cut himself a big slice of cherry pie, savored the thought of it for a moment, and then ate a bite. "Ummmmmmm", he murmured, "It's a little sour, isn't it?" He then proceeded to sprinkle a spoonful of sugar onto the piece of pie, and wolfed the rest of it down amid the astonished stares of his family. ************************************************************* _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp -------------------------------- End of OH-FOOTSTEPS-D Digest V01 Issue #211 *******************************************
