FROST. 1914 - 2001. Ina B. Frost, 87, of Hillsboro, formerly of Willettsville, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2001 at Heartland of Hillsboro. She was born Jan. 30, 1914 in Highland County, the daughter of Daniel Frost and Blanche (Surber) Frost. She was a member of the Mt. Olive Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Helen Wilkin and Mary Storer. She is survived by an aunt, Ethie B. Surber, of Hillsboro; three nieces, Becky Wilson, of Cincinnati, Helen Arrasmith, of Dayton and Darlene Surber, of Hillsboro; and by special friends, Bill and Karen Case, of Hillsboro. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2001 at the Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Sidney Clay officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Olive Cemetery. She was a member of the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union. She retired after 43 years as Executive Vice President of First State Bank. She was preceded in death by her father, Odra Naylor, and her son, Chad Downing.
