No newspaper header **hand written in date is September 3 LEWIS SIEGWALD, eldest son of Mrs. Magdelina and the late Henry Siegwald of this city, who has resided in Columbus for many years, was adjudged insane in Franklin County Probate Court, on 3d inst. and ordered committed to the State Hospital at Columbus. Mr. Siegwald's trouble was superinduced by locomotor ataxia with which he has been afflected for several years. He had a tendency to wander away from the home of his son, Charles, with whom he had made his home since the death of his wife about four years ago. He is 61 years of age. -------------------- **hand written in date is September 7 KILLED BY TRACTION CAR. Henry Kesler, aged 70, of Ashville while walking on the track of the Scioto Valley Traction line, near the village, was run down and crushed about the chest by a traction car, early last Monday morning. He was taken to Mercy hospital in Columbus, in Cook & sons ambulance, where he died later in the morning. Mr. Kesler is survived by his wife, and several children. ------------------ GREENO William Greeno died at the home of his sisters, Misses Maggie and Floyd Greeno, in Stoutsville, Thursday. Evening, Sept. 9, at 7 o'clock of tubercular meningitis after a five year illness. Deceased was a son of Amos and Elizabeth Greeno and was born in Stoutsville on Sept 15, 1870. He is survived by one brother, Pearl Greeno of Stoutsville, and five sisters, Mrs. Ida French, Mrs. Cora Teets, and Mrs. Ed Henn of this city; and Misses Maggie and Floyd Greeno at home. Deceased was a member of the Reformed church of Stoutsville. The funeral services were held from the late residence Saturday afternoon, Sept. 11, at 1 o'clock. Rev. E. E. McCorkle Born 3 July 18511 Dauphin County, PA Died 1922? Shelby County, OH" WM. T. M'CORKLE DIES AT HOSPITAL FRIDAY AFTERNOON LIVED BUT FEW HOURS AFTER BEING STRUCK BY AUTOMOBILE Wm. F. McCORKLE who was struck by an automobile Friday noon, died at the Emergency hospital at 3:10 'oclock. Mr. McCORKLE was crossing the street at Poplar and West ave where he was struck by a Fork car driven by Tom Mikos, causing a fracture of the skull which caused his death a few hours later. He was born on July 3, 1851 in Pennsylvania and came to Shelby County with his family in 1880 locating in Turtle creek twp near Hardin. His wife died ten years ago and since then his daughter has been living with him. He is survived by two daughters Mrs Mamie SLAGLE, of Oran, Alice Mc- CORKLE of Hardin and one son W.R. McCorkle of Hardin. Moyer Born 30 November 1903 Near Hardin, Shelby County, OH Died 19 Oct 1974 Piqua, Miami County, OH" OTTO C. MOYER PIQUA- Otto C. Moyer, 70, 119 Maplewood Drive, died Saturday at 11:30 p.m. at the Piqua memorial Hospital, where he had been hospitalized approximately a week. Death was caused by an apparent heart attack. Born Nov. 30, 1903, near Hardin, he was the son of John and Elizabeth (McCORKLE) MOYER. In 1929 he married the former Betty BUTZER. She died Oct. 26, 1969. His second marriage to Berniece SARGEANT HILL was Feb. 2, 1973. She survives with two sons, John T., Medina and Charles O., Peninsula, a stepdaughter, Mrs. James W. LYLE, Toledo; two grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy GEPHART, Newport. Mr. Moyer, an attorney who in 1971 received his law degree from the Akron University Law School. He was a member of the Ohio Bar Association, held a life membership in the Rotary Club and the Elks Lodge, both of Barberton; and was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Barberton. Services will be Tuesday at 3p.m. at the Salm & Wiley Funeral Home with Dr. ___Airhart, Lebanon, officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
