Levi Russell joinedco. B 48th Ohio vols.Dec.28 1861 transferred to co.B 73rd 
Ohio vols.12-5 61.wounded in the battle of bull run Va.Aug.30 1862. discharded 
at Ft. Columbus New York on surgons certificate of disability.

Additional Comments:
I have his discharge, and civil war letters he wrot to his wife Rachel, his 
Father James and his brother Samuel. Also have old land records and Rachel and 
Levi's marriage bond. would like to hear from anyone interesed in these 
families.
